Silver Needle is a variety of white tea produced in the north of Fujian. This tea is produced from kidney-shaped buds that are covered with long downy white hair resembling silver needles. Collection and tea production is done by hand. This tea blooms in spring within a very short period of time. Rather than the more complex production process common to other teas, white tea undergoes a simple process of steaming and firing with almost zero oxidation, allowing the Silver Needle to retain not just its natural color, but also all of the nutrients and vitamins contained within the young buds.

Rinse the tea in the pot with boiling water.

Immediately drain the water, while keeping the loose leaves in the pot.

Add optimal water temperature to each kind of tea (80-100°C)*.

Allow 3+ minutes to brew depending on how strong you prefer it.
