Long Jing tea was granted the status of ‘Gong Cha’ or Imperial Tea in the Qing Dynasty by Chinese emperor Kangxi. Long Jing tea is a variety of pan-roasted green tea from the Long Jing village, located near Hangzhou in Zhejiang province, China. Only the finest leaves of the Imperial tea are chosen by the Royal 60, which are produced mostly by hand and are renowned for its high quality. Thus, earning its famous Chinese Tea title. This tea has long been a favorite of Chinese tea connoisseurs.
Rinse the tea in the pot with boiling water.
Immediately drain the water, while keeping the loose leaves in the pot.
Add optimal water temperature to each kind of tea (80-100°C)*.
Allow 3+ minutes to brew depending on how strong you prefer it.
Enjoy your tea. Refill the pot up to 2-3 times.
